
Service Centre
There are two options to service or repair your watch. The first is to take the watch to your nearest U-BOAT retailer. The second is to send the watch away yourself.
To repair/service your watch, please download and fill-out this form. You can then send the watch with the form enclosed to our service centre in Hertfordshire.
The important things to remember are
1. To send the watch without the box because that will just make everything very expensive for yourself.
2. To enclose the original guarantee card AND proof of purchase. Without them, the service centre will not be able to proceed with a repair under-guarantee.
3. Please do make sure that the watch is well protected and posted using a service such as Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery so you can track your parcel.
You must include a detailed report on what you find is wrong with the watch and what you want done. Please do not be brief. Note that straps and the glass are never under guarantee. If you would like your watch repaired under guarantee, please include the original receipt – this must include the date of purchase. If all spare parts (if necessary) are in stock, the watch should be back with you within 10 working days.
